missingWrote a review on 02 Deccigarette odorsyellow stains
the room looked clean at first glance, but then I noticed the cigarette odors and yellow stains on the carpet, not exactly what I expected from a ‘top’ hotel. I almost gave a good review, but the absence of any complimentary gestures from the staff left me feeling quite unappreciated. I'm utterly disappointed.

Proximity to Mont Saint Michel is genuinely impressive.
Finding the hotel was a nightmare due to poor signage and lack of lighting. We couldn't check-in until 4 PM, which was inconvenient. The ground floor room we received had a terrible smell from the drains, and despite reporting it, nothing was done to fix the issue.
